Farm Investment
To enjoy all the perks of the flying club, members are required to invest a minimum of $ 1,000 in the farm property on which we are based. Token values are linked to the USDA value of Tennessee farm land.
Flying Dues
Membership dues consist of a buy-in to the aircraft of desired use, monthly dues of $100, and the hourly use of the aircraft. Buy-ins and monthly dues cover aircraft acquisition and other fixed costs, while hourly operating dues cover our variable costs. Any money left over after covering the operating costs of the club gets divided into reserves for maintenance, future aircraft acquisition, and social events.
